PROJECT OF THE FAMILY HOUSE IN GUBINO

About 10 layout options were designed for this project. The present option was chosen based on the construction budget. On the ground floor there is the common living room opening onto the terrace. There are also two rooms for the elderly parents of the owners of the house; they have their own bathroom. From the kitchen, there is a descent to the basement. The living room has two levels of windows. The second floor is completely residential. There are apartments for the owners of the house and the children's rooms there.

The house is heated with gas. Alternative heating sources are provided, too. There is a wood-burning boiler, and in the center of the building there is also a large stove with a stove bench. The walls are supposed to be made of brick. The upper floor is supposed to be made of glued beams. The roof is covered with a rafter system. The house has all the ergonomic features, ensuring its functioning as a comfortable living space. The sketch design is already designed. The working documentation for construction is being prepared.
