PROJECT OF A ONE-STORY RESIDENTIAL HOUSE NEAR MOSCOW

The house is designed in the chalet style. It has a hipped roof of complex shape.
In the center there is a large living room of 40 m2. Its panoramic windows open onto a large terrace with a barbecue area.
The kitchen shares the same space as the living room but is located in a niche. Stained-glass doors can be installed in the opening between the kitchen and the living room on request.
The boiler room is combined with the washroom. Out of there, there is an exit to the utility terrace, where the laundry can dry.
The bedroom has a large bathroom and a wardrobe.
The bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling window with an exit outside. It looks to the east, letting the owners exercise outside in the summer, watching the rising sun.
The children of the owners have already grown up, so there are no children's rooms.
If necessary, the study can be used as a guest room.
