The land plot is located in the Pershamajski district of Minsk at the intersection of Kiryl Turauski Street and a local street between the existing school and the fenced area of the House of Charity. The terrain is calm, with a slope to the south. The territory is fenced along the entire perimeter.
The administrative and medical complex is located on the premises of the social rehabilitation center "Elios". It is a complex-shaped structure of variable height up to four floors, including the basement.
The preliminary sketch includes the pedestrian connections between the existing building of the House of Charity and the designed complex. There should also be the possibility of driving into the inner courtyard from Kalinouski Street and the local street. It is also planned to arrange parking spaces for employees and visitors. Fire trucks will be able to approach the building via an internal driveway.
The building includes three main functional units with horizontal and vertical connections: medical, administrative, and public. The main departments of the medical unit are the admission department, women's consultation, administration, three postnatal departments, prenatal wards, maternity ward, operating room, intensive care, neonatal department, second stage of neonatal care, and neonatal intensive care. The public unit includes a refectory, which can also be used as a public meeting hall, a kitchen and utility rooms of the refectory, a museum, a chapel, and hotel rooms. The administrative unit includes the offices of the administration, personnel service, accounting, engineering service, archive, storage facilities, and a common meeting hall. The building is designed in the fashion of Belarusian Orthodox architecture, with a focus on the style and composition of the neighboring House of Charity.
